Over the years, the foundation has contributed to the renovation of the surgical department of the county hospital.
Furthermore, the foundation has – together with the Municipality of Koszalin and Caritas – established a Crisis Centre for Women and their children. Today the Centre is operated by Caritas and accommodates up to 25 women and their children.
The Polish branch of the Danish foundation, Fundacja Espersen, also contributes with minor amounts to private persons in need in the Koszalin area as well as various local humanitarian and other organizations.
